Please describe, in detail, your home where the puppy will be living. Do you own or rent? If you rent, what is your landlord's policy on pets and do you have permission to bring home a puppy? Do you have a yard? If not, what are your plans to potty and exercise? What do you do for work? What do you plan to do with the puppy when you are away or at work? How active is your lifestyle?

Do you have any other dogs or pets? If so, please list them. Have you ever raised a puppy before or is this your first time? Are you interested in the 4wk puppy training program that we offer?

Please describe, in detail, your plans for this puppy; family pet, hunting, search and rescue, sports prospect ( hunt tests, agility, fastcat, obedience, rally, etc.), therapy work, service work, etc.

Do you have any intentions of breeding this dog in the future (yes or no)? If yes, please describe your experience with breeding, share about your program (website, facebook page, etc.), what your goals are, etc. Note that we do require all dogs to earn their CHIC # before switching to full.

Do you have a gender preference? If so, what is it (male or female). Are you interested in a specific upcoming litter that we have posted? If so, what litter and why this litter specifically?

If I am unable to keep my puppy for any reason, Goosetown Goldens will be contacted first and has the first right of recovery

I will feed a high quality diet, not over exercise my puppy, and keep my puppy at a healthy athletic weight

I will protect my dog from any accidental litters. Any purposeful litters will not be done unless full rights have been granted by Goosetown Goldens according to the contract

I will make it a priority to provide my puppy with the necessary training and boundaries to be a positive member of society

I understand that Goosetown Goldens breeds for health, temperament, and abilities first and foremost, not color

I understand that pairings and timing may change, Goosetown Goldens cannot guarantee timing of litters and I may have to be flexible on timing
